These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QuoteOrbit website at quoteorbit.co.uk (the "Site") and our quote-comparison service (the "Service"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

QuoteOrbit is an introduction and comparison service. We connect you with independent third-party installers and/or partner networks who may provide you with quotes. We are not the provider of the installation services and do not carry out any works ourselves.

2. No guarantee of quotes or outcomes

We aim to match you with relevant installers but do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, a specific number of quotes, or any particular price. Quotes, prices, availability and workmanship are the sole responsibility of the third-party installers.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request.
  • Use the Site lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
  • Carry out your own due diligence before entering into any contract with an installer.

4. Third-party installers

Any contract for installation services is between you and the relevant installer. We are not a party to that contract and are not liable for the acts, omissions, quotes or services of any third party.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to QuoteOrbit and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with third-party installers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
